Milemarker Desk is the operational layer of the Milemarker platform. While Milemarker's data engine connects and normalizes data from 130+ systems into your Snowflake warehouse, Desk is where that data becomes actionable. It's where compliance teams resolve exceptions, operations managers run workflows, advisors complete tasks, and the firm's processes actually execute — with bidirectional updates that flow back to your source systems. Desk transforms your data platform from a reporting tool into an operational command center.

Dynamic Case Resolution — In Detail

Any datatable in the Milemarker platform can be transformed into an interactive case management queue. The data you already have — risk tolerance exceptions, trade exceptions, compliance reviews — becomes a structured action surface.

How It Works

Each row in a datatable becomes an actionable case with a "Take Action" button. Clicking it opens a resolution panel directly within the interface — no context switching, no separate system.

The resolution panel includes:

  • Full data context — the complete row data and related records for that case, surfaced inline
  • Configurable resolution form — fields for documenting the resolution, including client contact date, discussion notes, resolution decisions, and compliance notes
  • Timestamped audit trail — every action taken on a case is recorded with timestamp and user attribution, maintaining a complete history from exception to resolution
